A few weeks have passed since my last newsletter. Autumn has arrived, and for me, it has been a time filled with wonderful encounters, travels, and new impressions. In mid-October, one of these trips took me to Stockholm. On October 15th, the inaugural Desenio Art Awards were held there—an event for which I was nominated in the "Graphic Artist of the Year" category.
It was an unforgettable evening, full of inspiring encounters and conversations, followed by a marvelous day in a city I had long wanted to visit again. You can read more about it in this blog post.
Just a few days ago, I returned from Munich, where I was shooting for an interior design magazine. I’m afraid I can’t reveal the details just yet—that will have to wait until the issue is published in February 2027. So, a little patience is required!
New Projects in the Works
Between my travels, I’ve spent a lot of time in our showroom. As a result, my work on new pieces has taken a bit of a back seat over the last few weeks. At the same time, I’m increasingly looking forward to spending more time in the studio and bringing new ideas to life.
I have something special planned for the coming year: for the first time, I intend to develop a cohesive collection of paintings. Each piece will follow a shared artistic concept, ensuring they harmonize with one another and can be combined in various ways.
I found the inspiration for this during a trip to Denmark this past summer. I don’t want to give too much away just yet, but I will be unveiling the new collection in March 2027. An exciting and creative period lies ahead, and I’m very much looking forward to it.
Looking Ahead to the End of the Year

I would also like to share an invitation with you: on December 3rd, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., we are hosting our first "After Work Soirée" at the showroom located at Alicestraße 9. Together with House of Homburg, we’ll have lovely things for you to discover, plenty of time for conversation, and drinks to enjoy in good company. This soirée marks the beginning of a new event series that will take place quarterly, featuring other brands founded by women.
